I’m brand new to Ham Radios but not new to electronics. I’ve been doing a lot with Radios and electronics since I was a young boy. In High school I was introduced to DSP’s in their infancy, and joined the military where I became a Radio and Computer technician. After my four years, I worked at Texas Instruments, Acer, and Dell in various roles surrounding quality, repair and design of electronics.

Arduinos have also been a major hobby of mine for several years. First I was involved with a close friend who got me turned on to these micro circuit boards, and my imagination only started to grow as I saw so many potentials.

I hope to use this Blog as a jumping off point for projects I’m working on, and the success I’ve had doing those various things. Other than HAM radio, I’m interested in all forms of electronics from automation, to just basic communication. Keeping in contact with my friends, family and community.

Besides electronics, I will probably post things related to camping, hiking, survival, bush craft, and homesteading. Of course answering those pressing answers, like how can I feed myself just from my land.
